Manage and oversee that the co-hosts, presenters, awardees, models, etc are ready for the stage and keep everyone organized to make sure that the program runs on time and smooth.

Provide notification to speakers of time cues. Keep time to make certain the program stays on schedule. Support and assist Stage Manager 

Manage the awards table and present each award to the presenters to give the awardees.  Work with the Stage Manager to offer support if needed. 

Manage and coordinate backstage. Organize models, create a lineup for fashion shows, and direct runway traffic.

Manage event on-screen graphics and transitions from production booth.
