Choose this option if you want BetterUnite to setup and configure your EVENT, AUCTION or RAFFLE for you.

  • Configure your event and add content provided by you
  • Review configurations and content, make adjustments

  • 3 meetings and follow up communication as needed to finalize content
  • Hand-off before event, with training for you to continue with event
  • This includes a review of your silent auction - no need to purchase that separately

Recommended purchase at a minimum of TWO WEEKS prior to your event. Collaboration with account manager essential and content reviews and deadlines will need to be strictly adhered to in order to ensure success.

$100 Check-In Registration Training

Our team will train your registration/check-in training staff or volunteers in a customized-to-your-event session. This event add-on includes:

  • Initial 30-minute meeting (or email correspondence) to familiarize our staff with your events' needs.
  • Our team will provide you with hardware, log-in and check-in "script" requirements before the training.
  • A 20-30 minute training session via zoom for your check-in volunteers or staff to attend. 
  • OR we will create a recording to be shared by you with your staff/volunteers prior to the event.

Scheduling will be dependent on BetterUnite team availability. 

The organization is responsible for coordinating among staff/volunteers to find a workable time.

  • Phone & text support from a technical product manager during your event 
  • Available for in-person, hybrid, or virtual events
  • For in-person events: support available by text and phone 30 minutes before check-in and through the event for a maximum of 5 hours
  • Support by phone and email through checkout for all event types
