Full Page Color  $ 250.00  (8 ½ x 11)  We would like for you or your company to be a part of our digital program booklet. We invite you to advertise in our digital program booklet.  You will have the opportunity to promote your products and services to all of our guests as well as through our social media accounts.    If you choose to advertise with us and we hope you will, your ad must be paid in full and received by us no later than November 4, 2023. Please submit payment for your Ad(s) through this site (our preference) or by mailing a check to:  HT Lockard Foundation, P.O. Box 3493, Memphis, Tennessee 38173.  All checks should be made payable to the “HT Lockard Foundation.” Please let us know when your check has been mailed and include your ad size on the memo line.   To reserve your ad spot, complete the Google ad information form located at the following link: https://forms.gle/mBN8nwUmbZKAVEjD7  (Copy & Paste Link in your Browser)   AD PACKAGES & PRICES The 2023 Barristers’ Ball program booklet will be digitally published only in an 8 ½ x 11-page portrait format. All ads should be in high resolution and fully developed in accordance with this size format and must be submitted in acceptable file extensions such as: jpg, pdf, png, etc. The committee will not be able to assist in resizing, nor creating the ad.   GUIDELINES: Individuals, campaigns, non-profits, and businesses are invited to purchase a congratulatory ad for the 2023 Barristers' Ball. The advertisement will be a part of the digital program booklet and will be shared on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and on-screen during the ball. The cost of each advertisement is listed below and should include a congratulatory message to the Ben F. Jones Chapter of the National Bar Association or to one or more of the award recipients, including the A.A. Latting Award, President's Award(s), or Judge D'Army Bailey Scholarship Recipients.  Advertisements including language soliciting a purchase or requesting votes will not be accepted. This event is a joint venture with our nonprofit, The HT Lockard Foundation, and therefore we cannot endorse any candidate, nor have the appearance of endorsing a candidate.   AD SUBMISSION: All ads fully developed and ready for production (in the correct size and file extension given above) can be uploaded through the google form or submitted to President LaTanyia Walker by email: president@benfjones.org.
