INFORMATION FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Reservations must be made by Wednesday, 04/02/25 to qualify for the group discount rate.

For online reservations include the Group Code DER25C when prompted on the Hotel Reservations Page or by following this link: BCI Derby Party and Gala - Start your reservation. 

Individuals may also call (855) 888-7273 for reservations by Wednesday, 04/02/25.  Please identify yourself as members of the BCI Derby Party and Gala Group, DER25C, in order to receive the Group Rate.  

All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied with a first night room deposit or guaranteed by credit card. Individual reservations that are not cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night's room and tax.

All reservations are required to submit credit card payment for the first night’s room and tax to confirm the reservation. A receipt will be included along with the confirmation information. Full refunds may be issued provided cancellation occurs 48 hours in advance of arrival.
