IF you&#39;re reading this, then you&#39;ve probably seen what it takes to do this. 
 
Monday night packing parties. Campus deliveries. And&nbsp;events like our annual&nbsp;<a href="http://www.backpackfriends.com/golf" target="_blank">golf tournament </a>and&nbsp;<a href="http://www.backpackfriends.com/holiday" target="_blank">holiday event</a>... and more. 
 
Fundraising and feeding more than 160,000 children takes tons of sweat equity and 
more than half a million dollars. 
&nbsp;

That&#39;s why&nbsp;we&#39;re launching our <a href="http://www.backpackfriends.com/1000heroes" target="_blank">#1000Heroes</a> campaign. 
 
We need 1000 heroes who believe in our mission enough to give $10.&nbsp;

If we can rally 1000 BF believers to give $10 each month, we&#39;ll be able to spend $120,000 on food items&nbsp;for children in need. And because of our bulk purchasing power, that money will fill more than 24,000 backpacks of food in 2024!&nbsp;

Here&#39;s our humble ask: If you&#39;ve been serving with us or you believe in what we&#39;re doing, please consider joining in our fight.
