From her spin on the French classic Nicoise salad to West African Chicken Yassa, Mawa's Way is filled with healthy, flavorful recipes and a whole lot of heart.
Action in Africa is thrilled to partner with Mawa's Kitchen and to be the beneficiary of her first cookbook! $5 from every book sold will be donated to AIA's nutrition intervention program, providing thousands of students in Uganda with healthy meals.
