Sanitary pads and personal hygiene items are not readily accessible - or affordable - for many Ugandan women. AIA provides the women in our community with reusable sanitary napkins to keep them safe and healthy every month.
We screen hundreds of individuals for malaria with our medical outreach partners, and these malaria test kits are essential supplies for our community-wide medical outreach events.
Every week the women to women program gathers dozens of local women to live and learn in community. At the beginning of each meeting they enjoy a healthy breakfast where they're able to nourish their bodies and minds before they participate in meaningful lessons discussing everything from personal finance to parenting.
