What you will need:

Prepare 5+ Gallons of Chili (In years past, many chefs have run out chili, so please err on the side of abundance!
Any toppings/sides you would like to include in your tasting cup
Canopy/Tent (Required):Please be sure to bring weights/stakes to secure your tent in case of high winds.
Chairs, table cloth,table decor, team name display/sign, chili pot with lid, serving utensils, paper towels
Bring an extension cord if you plan to use the generators.

TXHH will provide: one table, small serving cups, tasting spoons, access to electricity! ( NO chafing dishes or serving dishes will be provided, we will provide access to an electrical outlet if you would like to bring a crock-pot).
