Team Luke Hope for Minds and F3 Lubbock are pleased to present the Burpee for Brain Injury Centurion Challenge

In every challenge is opportunity; but this requires a mindset shift. To enable this, some men of F3 Lubbock and beyond&nbsp;have decided to do something hard &hellip; to start the year the right way: 100 burpees per day throughout January. It&lsquo;s not the only way to &ldquo;start right&rdquo;, but certainly one of them. To win the day, we win themorning. To win the year, we win January. Doing 100 burpees takes effort &hellip; but to do 100 burpees for 31 days takes serious discipline. That&rsquo;s our challenge. 3,100 burpees in total before January 31, 2023!

To keep us burpee&rsquo;ing every day, even when we&rsquo;re sick of them, we&rsquo;ve decided to raise funds in support of Team Luke Hope for Minds. The&nbsp;mission of&nbsp;Team Luke Hope for Minds is to&nbsp;enrich the lives of children with brain injuries and give hope to their families through support and education.&nbsp;&nbsp;At the heart of Team Luke Hope for Minds services is the conviction that the health and well-being of these children can improve over time if families have access to educational materials, therapeutic services, and adaptive equipment for their children. We also believe that families can gain strength by connecting with one other.&nbsp;

F3 Lubbock is the Lubbock branch of F3,an international organization that seeks to get men of any fitness level involved in free outdoor early morning workouts so they can show up better at home, work, and the community.&nbsp; F3&nbsp;stands for&nbsp;Fitness&nbsp;(free workouts), fellowship (a great peer network of men committed to growth),&nbsp;and faith (a belief in something greater than yourself such as supporting childrent with aquired brain injuries in West Texas and beyond).
