Brett Walfish and Katie Smirnova will graciously open their personal home for this exciting event alongside Faculty Artists Dr. Ismar Gomes, Dr. Matthieu Cognet, and Joshua Zabatta.

Alongside the traditional favorites of beer and brats, our highlight for this year includes smoked brisket prepared by World Barbecue Champion Tony Balay and exquisite desserts crafted by our local pastry chef, Jeffrey Slathar.
