On April 11, 2024, a member of the Pasadena Police Department, Detention Officer Robert Dale, unexpectedly passed away at the age of 51 years old from a medical emergency. Robert was a valued team member and significantly contributed to the Pasadena Jail operations for the past eight years. His positive attitude, dedication, hard work, and willingness to always help were genuinely appreciated by all those who knew and worked with him. Losing a member of our Pasadena family is never easy.  

Robert was recently married to his wife, Sheree. Robert leaves behind 2 adult children and two stepchildren. The loss of Robert has left a huge hole the heart of everyone he touched. Our deepest condolences go out to Robert’s family and loved ones.
