Get Out & Get Away to Canyon Lakeview Resort! Join Operation Get Out for a fully-sponsored, no-fees attached wellness weekend for first responders, military, nurses, and front-line workers and their significant others to immerse in the mental wellness benefits of being in nature and on the water.
Enjoy time on the lake, boating, floating, and/or wake surfing; plus music under the stars, sunrise Just Breathe, Sun Up SUP paddle board outing, guest speakers, and great food and drink. Our goal is to provide a very relaxed adults-only weekend for you to Get Out and enjoy nature and community. No pressure to participate - do as much or as little as you please as you immerse in the beauty of the great outdoors and Canyon Lake!

Operation Get Out is a 501c3 that provides events, outings and resources that intentionally utilize nature and water for positive mental, emotional and physical wellness benefits. With deep roots and connections in the wellness, water, military, first responder, and philanthropic world, OpGetOut plans and executes experiences for individuals and agencies to inspire and empower them to utilize the evidence-based science that supports nature and water as a powerful therapeutic and wellness benefit to assist with grief, illness, loss, PTS, anxiety, and depression.
Through our programs, we witness the powerful unlocking and resetting that takes place when individuals are given the opportunity and tools to be empowered with the healing elements of nature and water.
While we love kids and pets, this retreat is intended as an adult-only getaway designed for relaxation and reconnection. To ensure you have the best experience possible, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for children and pets elsewhere. We look forward to offering a peaceful and rejuvenating experience for all our attendees.
