Eagle Online Academy was launched in 2020, aiming to provide online education opportunities to women in Afghanistan, providing education and support in all the areas of their career development, helping them thrive in their path to success.
As we receive the news of the Taliban taking over Afghanistan, we cannot take it lightly. As we all know, the situation in Afghanistan is quickly developing to what looks like backtracking to what Afghan women had already achieved in the past 20 years of hard work, dedication, and accomplishments. With all the recent news, we feel hopeless as it is hard to trust a group of extremists that already proved not to support women and their future.
Eagle Online Academy one more time stands to voice how women empowerment is important to guarantee a healthier and prosperous future.
With the recent takeover by the Taliban, women and girls in Afghanistan no longer have access to education, jobs, and much more. Eagle Online Academy, founded by Mozhgan Wafiq Alokozai, has pledged to continue its educational programs for women who remain in Afghanistan, are in the Afghan diaspora, and expand its courses for newly arrived Afghan women in the United States.
Any burden becomes lighter as we all come together to lift it,
Eagle Online Academy needs your help today more than ever. #StandWithAfghanWomen
