Consent is implied with my registration; and therefore, if there are any concerns regarding the taking/sharing of photos/videos, it is my responsibility to contact a C.I.T.Y. of Support Board Member.
I also understand that by attending this event I indemnify, defend, and hold C.I.T.Y. of Support harmless from any and all claims of or actions claiming liability or responsibility initiated, brought or filed by or on behalf of any participant claiming or alleging any injuries, damages, or consequences as a result of or caused by or occurring at this event.
