Soirée Event Waiver
Please review the following information with your child and check the box to acknowledge
review and acceptance.
Ticket Information:
Purchasing a ticket ensures the party guest’s name will be placed on the Soirée reservation list.
On the night of the event, the party guest will check in at the door and will be given a wristband.
Only guests who have purchased a ticket will be allowed to attend the party.
After midnight on August 31, 2023, ticket prices will be increased to $150.
Rules of Participation:
Party guests are expected to conduct themselves as ladies and gentlemen.
There will be ZERO tolerance for drugs, alcohol, inappropriate behavior, fighting, cursing, and illegal activities. According to the Law of the State of Texas and the regulations promulgated by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, it is illegal for minors under the age of 21 to drink any alcoholic beverages. If any of these types of activities occur, a parent/guardian will be called to immediately pick up the party guest in violation AND a ticket refund will not be issued.
Guests who arrive under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will not be permitted to enter the event. A parent/guardian will be called to pick up the guest in violation AND a ticket refund will not be issued.
For security reasons, guests may not leave the event early without prior written approval from the Soirée Committee. Any guest who leaves early will have their wristbands cut off and re-entry will not be permitted.
The Women’s Symphony League and its volunteers shall be held harmless from any responsibility from guests both before arriving and after departing the event venue.
Texas Department of Public Safety officers will be present at all times during the event to ensure safety of all attendees.
Women’s Symphony League volunteers and Texas Department of Public Safety officers reserve the right to dismiss any guest unwilling to adhere to the rules of participation.
