Do you remember the birthday parties with friends, going to summer camp, and finally being tall enough to ride the "fun" rides at your favorite theme park? 

 

Sadly, over 1.7 million children in the U.S. are suffering from chronic pain and may never have those universal memories. That's 1 in 4 who will cope with headaches, stomach aches, or indescribable pain that keeps them trapped in a cycle of feeling fine one moment and not so fine the next. 

 

For some children and their families, the limitations and interferences caused by chronic pain can lead to isolation, anxiety, depression, and increased rates of self-harm, suicide, and opioid addiction. We envision a world where kids get to be kids free of pain. 

 

For a minimum gift of just $60 a year or $5 a month, you can provide education, support, and community to show them that they are not alone and that they too can create those lasting memories. Like you, at Bowtie Kids we believe that kids deserve to run, jump, play and be free.

At Bowtie Kids our mission is to support, nurture, and empower children and their families impacted by chronic pain through education and support programming so they can secure a better quality of life.

 

By creating a network of support for all children and their families impacted, we seek to increase their social and emotional learning capacity so they can be free to experience childhood without limitations or interferences.
