Taking Flight!

You are warmly invited to join us for an extraordinary evening celebrating how the Eanes Education Foundation and our district help our students in taking flight, from the first day of kindergarten to the moment they take off at graduation.

Enjoy an unforgettable night of delicious food and drinks, lively music, and boundless fun, all in support of the devoted educators who lift our students to new heights. Together, let’s honor and raise funds for the amazing teachers who make a difference!

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL TAX BENEFITS: If you would like to receive Individual Gala Recognition, as well as a receipt in your name only for Tax Purposes, then all payments from individual guests must be paid directly to EEF. 

**If you would prefer your table guests to pay individually, please follow below**

  1. For Bronze tables, please have each party purchase tickets directly.   (Silver, Gold or Platinum tables, please contact at kdetamore@eanesisd.net)
  2. Send your complete table names to Katie Detamore (kdetamore@eanesisd.net) so that we may place you at a table together.  Tables are 10 people max.

5:00 pm - 6:30 pm        VIP Reception for Platinum & Gold Tables + Invitation Only

6:00 pm – 7:15 pm        Cocktail Reception for all guests  (Brazos Ballroom Foyer) 

Cocktails, Premier Silent Auction, Silent Auction, Pick-a-Package, Raffle and Games

7:15 pm                            Dinner and Live Auction Program  (Brazos Ballroom)

** Silent Auction closes 15 minutes after the Live Auction program ends.

9:45 pm – 12:00 am       After Party for all guests   

 

ATTIRE:  Cocktail Attire, Tux not required. 

PARKING: Valet or self-parking is available at The Omni Barton Creek Resort. It is recommended that you take an Uber, Lyft, or other ride-sharing service.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS:  Be sure to let us know if you have any restrictions!

Are you a Westlake Grad?  Is your child graduating soon?  Make your Chap a Legacy Chap and you or your child will forever be recognized as a WHS Chap Supporter and Lifetime Member of the Westlake Alumni Association.  Your gift of $1,000 or more will help preserve the rich heritage of Eanes ISD and ensure the Association will build a sustainable foundation through the EISD Endowment.  As the pillars of the Association, this exclusive group will be recognized on a large wall in the Commons along with the Founders Circle.

Gifts may be made in honor of a child, educator, in memory of, or in celebration of a graduating class or students.
