THE HOLY SHIFT MISSION:

Our mission is to spark hope and curiosity through creativity, create a safe place to explore tough questions and challenging truths through conversation, and serve the community IN community.

We partner with individuals, ministries, churches, and communities to:

• Cultivate a community that values and welcomes people from all backgrounds
• Break down social and relational barriers that prevent us from encountering God and loving our neighbor
• Generate art and story that awakens an awareness of God and hunger for holiness
• Create curriculum that explores the challenging truths and common misconceptions of Jesus’ teaching
• Conduct conversations that model civil discourse, facilitate respectful dialogue and foster unity
• Organize community service events that benefit the exploited, the marginalized, and individuals with special needs.

Official Tax-Exempt Organization

The Holy Shift operates as a program under the fiscal sponsorship of Women's Nonprofit Alliance, an official 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, nonprofit parent organization, and our leadership adheres to their Statement of Faith. As an Alliance Partner of WomensNPA, we are able to accept tax-deductible donations. All online donations may appear on your bank statement as "Women's Nonprofit Alliance,” however funds are directly credited to The Holy Shift.

Through our partnership with the WomensNPA, we have been accredited by the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) which provides accreditation to leading Christian nonprofit organizations that faithfully demonstrate compliance with established standards for financial accountability, transparency, fundraising and board governance, as well as GuideStar Gold Seal of Transparency for our financial oversight.
