Event Details:

Indoor/Outdoor: The event will proceed with rain or shine. The tent will be heated.
Parking: Free parking and shuttle service are available.
Location: West Bottoms Parking Garage
1601 State Line Rd
Kansas City, MO 64102
Instructions: Upon entering the parking lot, inform the attendant you are attending the Guadalupe Centers Blanco Y Negro Gala. Shuttles will run throughout the evening. A Kansas City Police officer will be present at the parking lot from 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
360picKC will be joining us at Blanco Y Negro from 6 pm until 9 pm with an open-air photo booth.

Handicap Parking:
For handicapped parking, please get in touch with Gladys Esmeralda Jaggers at gjaggers@guadalupecenters.org or (816) 949-9013.

Registration:
Guests must check in at the event. Please register in advance. Follow the signage to the event entrance on the east side of the building.

Seating:
Seating is limited and open throughout the building. We encourage you to explore the Guadalupe Centers! Food and beverage stations will be set up throughout the venue for you to enjoy.

Dress Attire:
Creative Black Tie

Silent Auction:
Remember to complete the Credit Card Authorization in advance to participate in the silent auction or make a donation. This is a cashless event.

A gift of $500 could provide the funding necessary to help stop an eviction preventing homelessness or it could provide emergency shelter for a family for up to 2 weeks

$250 $250 Donation

A gift of $250, for example, could help by providing weekly individual counseling sessions for a person struggling with an addiction disorder or who is abusing alcohol or other drugs.

$100 $100

A gift of $100 could provide assistance with purchasing over-the-counter medication or eyeglasses or it could provide up to 2 weeks-worth of personal hygeniene products or diapers (adult or infant) for someone who cannot afford them.
